1.) Needs Analysis
We will help determine the basic types of equipment you will need, whether your Internet connection meets minimum requirements, and which service level is right for you based on estimated monthly call volume.
2.) Equipment Selection
We will guide you through choosing which corded, cordless, and conference phones, paging amplifiers, or analog phone adapters you will want to install and where they should be placed. We will also determine whether you need to have a managed router installed and its configuration.
3.) Service Configuration
Before your phones come online, we will provide consulting and assistance in configuring your account. This includes defining phone extensions, ring groups, auto-attendant menus, and even ordering new telephone numbers.
4.) Equipment Installation
